The Fresmy Toothpaste Tablets are a practical alternative to conventional toothpaste and combine compact, travel-friendly use (= no liquid!) with selected ingredients for daily oral and dental care. The Siberian Fir + Activated Charcoal variant combines, among other ingredients, hydroxyapatite, xylitol, zinc citrate, activated charcoal, Lactobacillus ferment, vitamin B12 and Siberian fir needle oil. Menthol and fir needle oil give the tablets a pleasantly fresh, slightly woody taste.

Simply chew one tablet, brush with a wet toothbrush and then rinse as usual.

Benefits:

• Hydroxyapatite for the tooth surface.
  Hydroxyapatite is a mineral that is very similar to the natural mineral component of tooth enamel. In modern dental care products, it is used to support remineralisation and care of the tooth surface. It can adhere to the tooth surface and is therefore particularly suitable for a gentle daily dental care routine.
• Xylitol – the tooth-friendly and natural sugar substitute that cares for and mineralises. Xylitol is also part of the Fresmy formula. This sugar alcohol, also known as birch sugar, has been used for many years in oral and dental care products and ideally complements the toothpaste tablet formula. The tablets contain no conventional household sugar.
• Activated charcoal for a gentle polishing effect. The “Siberian Fir” variety additionally contains activated charcoal. It provides a slightly stronger polishing effect during brushing and can help remove surface stains and deposits.
• “Whitening Effect”. This does not refer to chemical whitening or bleaching of the tooth substance, but rather to an optical brightening effect through the removal of surface stains. Tested abrasivity – RDA approx. 70. The abrasivity of Fresmy toothpaste tablets was tested using Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA). It nevertheless remains within a comparatively low to moderate abrasivity range. This creates a good balance between cleaning and polishing performance on the one hand and gentle dental care on the other.
• With postbiotic Lactobacillus ferment
  The formula also contains Lactobacillus ferment as a postbiotic ingredient. Postbiotic ingredients are increasingly used in modern oral care formulations and, in this case, complement the formula designed to support a balanced oral environment.
• It also contains vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin.
• Freshness from Siberian fir and menthol. The characteristic flavour is provided, among other things, by Siberian fir needle oil (Abies Sibirica Needle Oil) and menthol. The result is an unusually fresh flavour that is clearly different from conventional mint toothpastes: clean, fresh, slightly woody and pleasantly aromatic.

Easy to use

1. Crunch: Put one toothpaste tablet in your mouth and chew thoroughly.

2. Brush: Brush your teeth as usual with a damp toothbrush.

3. Rinse: Rinse your mouth afterwards.
