Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, mainland France, Italy, Great Britain (UK), Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

DHL Germany (including islands and parcel stations) up to 1 kg: Warenpost €3.95, up to 5 kg: DHL Paket €4.90; up to 10 kg: €5.90, up to 20 kg: €7.90. Free shipping for orders over €65.

International deliveries:

DHL France, Czech Republic, Poland, Monaco, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark: up to 0.5 kg: €8.50, up to 1 kg: €11.50, up to 3 kg: €15.50, up to 10 kg: €19.50, up to 20 kg: €28.00

DHL Switzerland, Liechtenstein: up to 0.5 kg: €9.90, up to 1 kg: €14.90, up to 2 kg: €22.00, up to 5 kg: €27.00, up to 10 kg: €32.00

DHL Finland, Belgium, Latvia, Croatia, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden: up to 500 g: €10.00, up to 1 kg: €14.50, up to 3 kg: €20.50, up to 10 kg: €24.60 Euro, up to 20kg: 35.00 Euro

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-4 days, and for international deliveries within 5-14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment options

- Cash payment upon pickup
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if applicable)
- Payment by invoice (upon request from the second order)*

*Transfer advance payments to the account (IBAN) specified in the order. The payee is: XYBA Naturprodukte UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Other designations or incorrect designations will be rejected by our bank. (Money Laundering Act)

**Payment by invoice is possible on request from the 2nd order. The invoice amount must be settled within 10 days if payment is made on account.

***Direct debit is offered from the 2nd order. The prerequisite is a complete new customer account (verified). Customers with guest accounts are not offered direct debit. Please enter all necessary information such as IBAN and BIC in the form (direct debit in the case of direct debit payment in check-out) and check carefully. Unjustifiably returned direct debits or costs caused by defaulted direct debits due to shortfalls are at the expense of the buyer. Our terms and conditions apply.
