Effect of xylitol: The high concentration of xylitol (approx. 96%) has an alkaline effect – in contrast to conventional ‘acidic’ sugar – and thus neutralises harmful acids in the mouth that would otherwise attack tooth enamel. Additionally, it helps to remineralise the tooth enamel.
Directions for use: Use as you would ordinary vanilla sugar when preparing food. You may need to use 10% more. 150g replaces approx. 15 x 8g sachets.
