Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries: Belgien, Niederlande, Luxemburg, Dänemark, Österreich, Frankreich (Festland), Italien, Großbritannien (UK), Schweiz, Österreich, Niederlande, Lichtenstein, Belgien, Luxemburg, Dänemark, Spanien.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
DHL Paket Deutschland (auch Inseln und Paketstationen) bis 10 kg: 3,90 Euro; bis 20 kg: 7,90 Euro
Deliveries to foreign countries:
DHL Frankreich, Tschechische Republik, Polen, Monaco, Österreich, Niederlande, Belgien, Luxemburg, Dänemark bis 0,5 kg: 6,65 Euro; bis 2 kg: 11,49 Euro; bis 3 kg: 11,99 Euro; bis 5 kg: 12,99 Euro; bis 8 kg: 13,99 Euro; bis 10 kg: 15,99 Euro, bis 20 kg: 22,00 Euro
DHL Schweiz, Lichtenstein bis 0,5kg: 6,65 Euro, bis 1kg: 9,50 Euro, bis 2 kg: 15,90 Euro; bis 5 kg: 21,00 Euro; bis 10 kg: 32,90 Euro
DHL Finnland, Belgien, Lettland, Kroatien, Italien, Litauen, Schweden bis 500g: 6,65 Euro; bis 1 kg: 9,50 Euro; bis 2 kg: 14,50 Euro; bis 5 kg: 17,90 Euro, bis 10kg: 23,90 Euro
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1-4 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
Terms of payment
In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Payment in cash at the time of collection
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via paydirekt
- Payment by invoice
- Payment via Sofortüberweisung [immediate transfer]
In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:
- Payment in cash at the time of collection
- Prepayment via transfer
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via paydirekt
- Payment via Sofortüberweisung [immediate transfer]
Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
