Here is the recipe for sweet carrot waffles with erythritol
Ingredients for about 5 waffles:
2 eggs 50 g butter or margarine 100 g spelt flour 50g rolled oats 130g grated carrots
40g XYLIPUR Bio Zero Erythrit 200g milk or plant milk
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff Beat the egg yolks with the butter until frothy Stir in the rolled oats, flour, milk and carrots. Fold in the egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron
