Sugar-reduced jam with chia seeds & erythritol Healthy, quick & delicious - this homemade jam is the perfect alternative to conventional jam! Without sugar, but with extra nutrients from chia seeds.
Ingredients:
250 g strawberries (you can of course also use raspberries, blueberries...)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tbsp organic Zero Erythritol (depending on flavour)
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla
*Preparation:*
Heat the berries in a pan until soft.
Mash with a fork & stir in erythritol + lemon juice.
Simmer for 2 mins, then stir in the chia seeds.
Remove from the heat & leave to soak for 10-15 mins.
Pour into a jar & store in the fridge
Please store in the refrigerator and consume quickly. Erythritol does not preserve!
