Sugar-reduced jam with chia seeds & erythritol 
Healthy, quick & delicious - this homemade jam is the perfect alternative to conventional jam! Without sugar, but with extra nutrients from chia seeds. 
 
Ingredients:
 
  • 250 g strawberries (you can of course also use raspberries, blueberries...) 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2-3 tbsp organic Zero Erythritol (depending on flavour) 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla
 
*Preparation:* 
 
  1. Heat the berries in a pan until soft. 
  2. Mash with a fork & stir in erythritol + lemon juice. 
  3. Simmer for 2 mins, then stir in the chia seeds. 
  4. Remove from the heat & leave to soak for 10-15 mins. 
  5. Pour into a jar & store in the fridge
  6. Please store in the refrigerator and consume quickly. Erythritol does not preserve!
Perfect as a spread, topping for yoghurt or as a filling for healthy desserts!
