Delivery in a sealed, stable bag. The bag quantity is sufficient for 1200g prepared fruit.
It is essential to use up the entire contents of the bag with one serving, otherwise the mixing ratios within the ingredients may change.
Application: XYLIPUR® gelling birch sugar with 1200g fruit (pitted / prepared), especially sweet varieties are suitable, mix and let simmer for 3 minutes while stirring. Pour the hot fruit spread into boiled, dry glasses and close immediately. Then let the jars stand on the lid for 10 minutes.
Storage tips: Store the jars in the refrigerator after opening and use them within a week. (Xylitol has no preserving effect like sugar). Unopened, the jars can last up to a year, depending on the hygienic working method.
